FreePDF is no longer developed.

Dear Friends of FreePDF.

I have decided to end the development and distribution of FreePDF by the end of June 2017. I thank you for your trust in me.

The reasons for this decision are complex. When I started FreePDF in 1999, there was no qualitatively adequate free solution. Today almost every printing program can save PDFs directly. Microsoft provides a PDF printer in Windows. There are wonderful free PDF editors. I'm sure I will not leave a big gap. For me, personal reasons and simply the age of the code platform used are playing a role.

You may continue to use FreePDF. Please understand, however, that I will discontinue the support as well as this web page.
